A strategic marketing overhaul for Byron Bay Chocolate Co, transforming a beautiful product range into a clear, conversion-driven brand with a content and advertising ecosystem designed to drive traffic, engagement and online sales.

THE GOAL

We began by stepping back and defining the foundations of the brand. Together, we created a clear blueprint that identified Byron Bay Chocolate Co’s strengths, what made the brand special, and how it should show up online. This gave the business a clear direction and ensured every piece of work moving forward had purpose.


CONTENT LIBRARY

From there, we built a content library designed to showcase the product range in a way that felt both premium and approachable. The imagery was created to work across social media, advertising and the website, giving the brand a consistent and flexible set of assets to draw from.


TARGETED CAMPAIGNS

We then introduced a paid advertising approach to help bring the brand to new audiences and drive traffic to the website. Strong visuals paired with targeted campaigns helped guide people from discovery through to purchase.
